If you have previously made a complaint about how PPI was sold, and your complaint was rejected, you could now receive some money back if we took a high level of commission on your PPI policy but did not tell you this when you bought it.
You may make a complaint to us if the PPI covered repayments on a credit agreement with us which started before 6 April 2007 and was still active on or after 6 April 2008 or if you took out the agreement on or after 6 April 2007 (whether or not it was still open on or after 6 April 2008).
It is free and simple to complain yourself. You do not need to use a claims management company (CMC) to make your complaint. If you do want to use a CMC, be aware they will charge a fee for their services, and you should check they are properly authorised by the Claims Management Regulator at:

What you will need to provide.
To help us with your enquiry please provide us with as much information as you can – for example:
• full name (when PPI was purchased)
• address (current and previous)
• vehicle registration number
• finance agreement number
• contact information
• date of birth
• date PPI purchased
• proof that your complaint about the PPI sale was rejected such as a letter from the seller referring you to us
If you do not complain before the deadline on 29 August 2019, your complaint will not be considered.
