Just as every MINI engine model is unique, so is its water pump. Precision engineered, these pumps can even be used in extreme temperatures (anything from –25 °C to +150 °C), and to fit MINI standards, their seat is caulked rather than pressed. They also require a 100-hour endurance test to establish the pumping quality. Why go to all that trouble? Because the MINI water pump plays a crucial role in ensuring that other vehicle aggregates function correctly − which in turn helps guarantee the overall good health of your MINI.
