A boot full of bananas?! We recently teamed up with the BOSH! guys Henry and Ian, and it’s clear this new partnership is bringing all the good vibes. Whilst they may have (conveniently) forgotten their running kit, they did bring their MINI Electric and more than enough feel-good energy to a recent Gunnersbury parkrun. Henry and Ian used the bananas, along with a few other wholesome ingredients, to create what they like to call ‘Feel-Good Boost’ smoothies. Just the fuel our 5kers needed to recharge their batteries.
