We’re looking forward to getting back in gear and doing what we love best. With some changes to our set-up, we’ve reopened MINI Centres in England. You’ll notice sanitisation stations, staff upping the frequency of deep cleans, a one-way system and two metre social distancing. We also now offer unaccompanied test drives. We can’t wait to welcome you back.
Contact your local MINI Centre to confirm they’re open again and what their hours are.
Our new changes have allowed us to reopen our Plants as well as our Centres. Which means we’re back to building exciting MINI models including the feel-good MINI Electric. We also have helpful tools so you can do more online, like book appointments and configure a new MINI.
Chat with a member of our team without leaving your home. To limit unnecessary face-to-face conversations and encourage social distancing, we’ll be offering a Digital Consultation Service. We can provide all sorts of expert opinions and advice through our virtual appointments from next week.
We’re now offering essential service and repair work at an increasing number of MINI Service Centres. Check whether your local MINI Centre is open and the services currently offered. Our priority is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues and we have implemented additional measures to thoroughly clean your MINI.
We’re going the social distance and delivering your MINI right to your door. Your MINI Centre can now arrange a contactless handover, which allows you to take receipt of your new MINI, while minimising contact with anyone else. Get in touch with your MINI Centre to find out more.
Our customer service team has been working hard to answer as many calls as they can, as quickly as they can. But we’re still receiving higher than normal volumes of customer enquiries. You can find answers and information quickly thanks to our MINI Online Genius, which we update regularly.
Our MINI plants have reopened with new safety measures in place. But due to these and social distancing they won’t be able to get back to producing at our usual pace. For information on the status of new car orders please use the link below.
