THE MINI CUSTOMER COMMITMENT.
1. All MINI company cars booked in for a service or maintenance that don’t need a replacement car or collection and delivery service will be given an appointment within three working days.
2. All MINI company cars booked in for service or maintenance that do require a replacement company car are guaranteed an appointment within seven working days. Any fees will be clearly shown when a booking is made.
3. For service or maintenance appointments, we’ll collect and deliver MINI business cars free of charge within a 15 mile radius*.
4. We’ll respond to any booking requests within 20 minutes, downtime chases within 15 minutes and will complete invoices within five working days.
5. There’s no charge for the disposal of replacement parts and environmental waste.
6. A three-year unlimited mileage warranty covering any manufacturing defect, including bulbs, is included for complete peace of mind.
7. We’ll always use our own initiative, authority and goodwill to minimise vehicle downtime.
8. When a vehicle is recovered by MINI Emergency Service, a status update will be given within two hours of its arrival. Any repairs will begin within 48 hours.
9. All vehicles will be given a complimentary wash and vacuum after a service or major repair.
10. If a vehicle fails its first MOT, the cost of replacement parts and labour will be covered**.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
^The Government Electric Car Grant of £3,750 (the “Grant”) is not exclusive to MINI and is provided by the UK Government. The following new MINI vehicles are eligible for the Grant: MINI Countryman Electric. The Grant is available for specifications up to £42,000. You can view the UK Government’s eligibility criteria here: https://www.gov.uk/plug-in-car-van-grants. It is the responsibility of the retailer to verify that the customer meets the eligibility requirements. If eligible, the retailer will apply for the Grant on the customer’s behalf, and the value of the Grant will be automatically deducted from the MINI list price of the vehicle at the point of order.
*Subject to MINI Centre location. This does not affect any existing agreements whereby the radius has been extended.
**MOT Protect is valid for the vehicle’s first MOT only. Cost of MOT test or re-test, wheels, tyres, windscreen, brake pads and discs, modified and non-MINI components, failure because of neglect and MOT advisories are not covered by MOT Protect.
