Is your family wild about wildlife? We’ve continued our partnership with Longleat – the UK’s number one safari park – to support their sustainable ambitions and ongoing activities around the park and wider estate.
PRIDE IN OUR PARTNERSHIP.
We love Longleat, so quickly pounced on the opportunity to collaborate. It began by kitting the safari team out with a fleet of ten spacious MINI Countryman Plug-in Hybrids (with an animal print design, naturally) so they can carry out their essential daily duties while emitting fewer emissions.
A DAY OF BIG LOVE.
Our partnership with Longleat is just one of the ways we’re spreading Big Love. “What’s that?”, you ask. Big Love is a spirit of community. It’s an open-minded and optimistic attitude. It’s our pledge to build a brighter future for each other and our planet by connecting people through amazing experiences – like a safari adventure!
Get up close to a range of incredible animals – including lions, tigers, zebras, giraffes and rhinos – on Longleat’s drive-through safari, before spotting more super-cool species on foot. Between 28 May and 5 June, you’ll also find the MINI team hanging out at the park’s Main Square. Here, you can join Q&A sessions with Longleat’s expert keepers, check out our mighty MINI Countryman fleet, and enter our animal-inspired competitions – there are some great prizes up for grabs!
And those lucky adventurers with an exclusive ticket can even take a MINI Countryman for a spin on safari, experiencing its powerful performance and adventure-ready tech for themselves.
CALLING ALL CONSERVATIONISTS.
We’re buzzing to announce our new conservation competition, which will be launched on 28 May through our Instagram account, @MINIUK – keep your eyes peeled for the post! To enter, all you need to do is create a 30-second-long video that tells us what you’ve been doing at home to help with conservation – whether you’re crazy about composting or have built your own bee box.
You should then send the video by direct message to the same Instagram account by 15 July. Our favourite entries will get shared on our social channels, the runners up will get their hands on a Longleat day pass, and the overall winner will receive an overnight stay (filled with conservation and adventure) at the UK’s number one safari park!
As well as promising plenty of fun and learning for you and your family, Longleat supports a variety of wildlife conservation projects both locally and around the world. Now that’s Big Love.
