† Terms and conditions for the Promotion.
1. The promotion is a 20% discount on selected BMW and MINI Lifestyle products (as listed in Section 7) purchased online via the BMW or MINI online platforms, listed in Appendix 1 (“BMW and MINI Online Platforms”), from 05:00 am 13/12/2021 (“Promotion”).
2. The promoter of this Promotion is BMW (UK) Ltd, Summit One, Summit Avenue, GU14 0FB Farnborough (“BMW UK”).
3. By purchasing BMW and MINI Lifestyle products within the Promotion you accept these terms and conditions.
4. Only the BMW and MINI Online Platforms take part in the Promotion and will grant the 20% discount.
5. The end of the Promotion offer will be on the earlier of (1) the BMW and MINI Online Platforms not offering the Promotion any more or (2) 05:00 am 28/12/2021 (the “Promotion Period”).
6. BMW UK may withdraw the Promotion at any time. In that case the Promotion will not be displayed on the BMW and MINI Online Platforms anymore. Products purchased before the withdrawal are not affected from the withdrawal.

8. An order number will be displayed to identify the order request as being completed. If no reference number is displayed, then the order request will not be complete and will not be eligible for the Promotion.
9. The 20% discount is displayed alongside the regular price on the BMW and MINI Online Platforms and will be applied at checkout.
10. The discount is not exchangeable for cash and is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or other promotion.
11. Any products not purchased in accordance with these terms and conditions, or incomplete, expired or otherwise incorrect shall be rejected and/or excluded from the Promotion and BMW UK’s decision is final.
12. If BMW UK has any reason to believe that you are in breach of these terms and conditions, BMW UK, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in this Promotion.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. You reserve the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after you have received your delivery.

16. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms and conditions.
