OUR VALUES.

As one of the biggest car manufacturers in the UK, we promote the economic development of our operating locations and make a distinct contribution to the national economy.

Our numerous initiatives play a vital role in the life of MINI production plants, from cultural and social projects, to waste and energy management schemes.

WE BELIEVE IN.

COMMUNITY.

For years, the Mile of MINIs event has shown what makes the MINI community so special. More than just a convoy, it’s people coming together to support meaningful causes, celebrate MINI heritage and create unforgettable memories along the way.

GIVING SOMETHING BACK.

All plants actively fundraise for our chosen house charity, which changes every two years.

For 2025-2028, we are proud to partner with Teenage Cancer Trust, the only UK charity dedicated to providing the unique care and support required by young people with cancer.

BMW Group is committing to raise at least £250,000 over the course of the partnership to help fund Teenage Cancer Trust’s specially trained nurses and youth workers, who work tirelessly to support young people with cancer every step of the way.

LOOKING AFTER OUR YOUNG PEOPLE.

The development of young people is also very important to us. We offer work experience placements for young people from local schools and support university student exchange programmes on top of our incredible apprenticeship and internship opportunities.
