What is Service Inclusive?
Concentrate on what really counts – Driving pleasure. This is possible with MINI Service Inclusive. MINI Service Inclusive begins on the first vehicle registration date (warranty start date) and must have been purchased by the first service appointment so that the respective services are covered.
- Compared with individual services, this package ensures a fixed service price that will not rise.
- No one knows your MINI better than MINI and our Trained Technicians only use MINI Genuine Parts.
- You can view all relevant information at any time using your MINI Connected account or through your MINI Preferred Service Partner.
- This product is available for all MINI models.
SERVICE SCOPE
With MINI Service Inclusive, you are eligible for the following services during the agreed term and mileage combination*:

You are eligible for the included services regardless of how often your vehicle needs servicing during the respective term and mileage. You are always eligible for services if the smart maintenance system, Condition Based Service (CBS), displays the need for servicing on your MINI display. When you reach the specified mileage or term, you are no longer eligible for services included in Service Inclusive.***

HOW IT WORKS
- Simply select the MINI Service Inclusive offer shown above for the specified term and mileage*. After you complete the ordering process, you will receive an e-mail with confirmation, a description of the booked Service Inclusive offer, and billing information.
- Please note that the booked Service Inclusive package is only activated once MINI has received the purchase price. You are eligible for the covered services following activation.
- Service package extensions are only available to purchase 21 days after the initial purchase date of a package being extended.
- You are always eligible for Service Inclusive services if the smart maintenance system, Condition Based Service (CBS), displays the need for servicing in your vehicle. Services can be carried out at any MINI Service Centre.
