Comfort Access lets you unlock and lock the doors and tailgate easily and conveniently. It automatically detects and verifies the key in your pocket or bag, activates the welcome light staging as you approach (approximately 3 metres) before it unlocks (approximately 1 metre) and locks while you are leaving (approximately 2 metres). It's just perfect for when you need to come and go quickly and easily.

With the MINI Digital Key Plus you can open your MINI by getting closer to it just with your compatible phone. MINI Digital Key Plus uses ultra-wideband (UWB) technology and works in just the same way as a traditional key fob. So if you are nearby, and your phone is in your pocket or a bag, it will unlock your MINI automatically – and then lock it again when you leave. Moreover, you can share the key with your family or friends just by texting a message.

This package adds extra functions to your MINI’s exterior and interior mirrors to make your drive safer and more comfortable. Electrically folding side mirrors protect your MINI from damage when you park. The automatic parking function adjusts the tilt on the passenger side mirror downward while in reverse to guide you. The electrochromic glass of the driver’s side mirror dims to protect your eyes from glare. And you can save your preferred mirror and seat settings using the key-dependent memory function. In cold weather, your mirrors automatically warm up to reduce condensation and prevent ice building up. And you get greeted every time by a MINI logo projection from your external mirror on both driver and passenger side.

Enhancing your safety and comfort at night, the automatic anti-dazzle function reduces glare from cars behind you. Two photosensors detect if the light from behind is greater than from the front, and then gradually adjust the reflectance of the mirror according to the intensity. Since you don’t have to operate the mirror manually, your hands can safely remain on the steering wheel.

Warm and cozy couldn't be cooler. The optional seat heating in your MINI quickly heats up your front seats to a relaxing temperature that you can adjust to three levels to get you warmed up and relaxed when it's cold outside. It heats your seat cushion and the entire contact surface of the backrest to provide all-round comfort. In addition, the heat can be distributed however you like by simply using the Control Display.

See things you might have missed. In addition to powerful and efficient Bi-LED technology for low- and high beam these LED headlights offer adaptive low beam distribution with increased illumination at the sides; for brighter insights in curves and corners – for city, rural and motorway traffic as well as in bad weather. In the light menu, you can choose from three distinctive light-signatures created by daytime running light elements for front- and rear light – complemented by a corresponding welcome and goodbye staging. Making light work of driving at night. When activated, the high beam automatically turns on when it is dark and turns off automatically where the roads are sufficiently lit. The High-Beam assistant is a front facing sensor integrated into the front of your MINI’s interior mirror. And it makes driving at night much safer by automatically switching the headlights from high-beam to low-beam to avoid dazzling road users. It switches back to full-beam once the road ahead is clear.

Inspired by jet cockpit technology, the MINI Head-Up Display puts everything you want to know right in your line of sight. Installed on your dashboard, the transparent screen displays key data such as driving speed, maps, driver assistance features and entertainment details. As clear as can be, it provides excellent image quality even in brightly lit environments. You can easily adjust height and brightness, and you can tailor the information it displays to your needs. It also adapts to the MINI Experience Mode you have chosen so you enjoy a consistent and holistic experience – and stay fully in the picture.

The MINI Connected Package enhances your digital driving experience with extended navigation functions, connected services and in‑car entertainment, all fully integrated into the MINI Operating System 9 and continuously updated.
It provides enhanced functions for MINI Navigation, offering intuitive guidance with detailed 3D map visualization of buildings, landmarks and complex junctions. Real‑time traffic information is displayed even without active route guidance. Additional points‑of‑interest information, such as parking fees and real‑time parking availability, further supports everyday navigation.
The package also enables access to additional in‑car apps via the MINI Connected Store. A growing selection of MINI and selected third‑party apps can be installed, including music streaming services such as Spotify, games and video apps. Data connectivity for supported vehicle apps is included.
With AirConsole Games, waiting times can be used for entertainment, offering single‑ and multiplayer games using smartphones as controllers.
The MINI Intelligent Personal Assistant adapts to user habits over time, can recognize recurring routines using geo‑targeting, and offers the additional visualisation “Spike”.
Availability of individual functions may vary by market and vehicle configuration.
The initial term is 4 years from the time the new vehicle is delivered to the customer. After this time, you can extend the term of this optional equipment via the MINI Connected Store.

Charge up in style. The MINI Wireless Charging tray, located in the front area of the centre console, lets you securely store and safely charge any Qi 1.2-compatible smartphone as you drive, with up to 15 W power. Simply place your device onto the NFC pad to give it a top up. And it features an active cooling system to prevent your device from overheating to ensure optimal performance.
