*Win a year of MINIs competition. 1. Employees and their immediate families of BMW Group and its associated companies, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with this draw are excluded from entry. 2. Entries can be made by completing a test drive at any participating MINI Centre in the United Kingdom, (including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man), between 8am 11 February and 7pm 28 February 2017. 3. One entry per person. If one person takes multiple test drives, only one entry will be submitted. 4. There will be one winner selected at random from all entries. 5. The prize for the winner will be the consecutive use of five current MINI models within one year. Redemption of the MINI vehicles will be required on a specific date and at a specific place to be confirmed by the promoter. Competition open only to entrants over the age of 25, with 2 years or more driving experience. The prize excludes transfers, fuel, gratuities, further personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize. 6. The promoter does not guarantee that the winner’s preferred MINI model will be available. The vehicle can only be used for journeys within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man. 7. The winner must have held a driving licence valid in the UK for a minimum of 2 years with no serious convictions and no more than 6 points on the licence, and must provide the driving licence upon request, in advance of the vehicle loan. 8. The MINI model will be provided on a loan basis. The loan of the MINI model is subject to a separate loan agreement and the MINI Loan Car Terms. The winner must agree to these terms before taking possession of the vehicle. Key Loan Car Terms excerpt: the car may only be driven by the winner, only for private use and for commuting to and from a single, permanent place of work. Excludes travelling sales and any form of racing. Mileage restrictions apply. The winner is responsible for any fines, congestion or other charges arising from use of the car and for any damage arising from failure to take reasonable care; the car is insured subject to an insurance excess of £500 for each and every claim under £5,000; £1,000 for each and every claim in excess of £5,000. Please note these excesses are in addition to any amount payable as a result of misfuelling and/or engine damage due to navigating through flooded areas. For clarity in such instances an additional excess to the value of 10% of the repair costs will be charged. Insurance does not cover personal belongings. MINI has the right to refuse permission to drive if driving offences/disqualifications have occurred or if MINI otherwise considers driver is unfit to drive. 9. Winners will be notified within 14 days of the closing date of the competition. 10. The prize may be withdrawn from the said winners outlined above and a new winner drawn if the prize is not accepted within 3 days of notification. 11. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered and the prize is not transferable unless as stated above. 12. No purchase necessary. 13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 14. Entry implies acceptance of these rules. 15. The promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary. 16. The winners’ names and counties will be available 28 days after the closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to ‘Win a Year of MINI competition, MINI CRM Team – hps group, Atlas House, Third Avenue, Globe Park, Marlow SL7 1EY. 17. Winners and their guests may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this draw without entitlement to any financial reward. 18. These rules are governed by English law. 19.
